Mark Joyner Does It Again

Mark Joyner has just launched a new business building program aimed at marketing that is likely to be very successful.

Why, because Mark Joyner is considered one of the most knowledgeable marketing experts around and he has proven what he says through his own successes. Now this new program may not be for you, part of it might and part may not -depends on your business and more, on you. It is however well worth looking into if your business and you are ready to take another growth step.

Of course you are offered something to buy, but what would you expect - this is business. However, Mark also offers what appears to be a potentially powerful opportunity with no charge for it. A unique opportunity that can help you incorporate some of the integrative marketing methods he teaches is available. Also you can download Mark’s newest book ‘Integration Marketing’ from the site without cost. The book is quite short, but very succinct, as is Mark’s style. The important information is there with out the need to sort through fluff to get at it.

Mark is very clever as a marketer, and this is evident on the website for this new business enhancement program, as you will see. As he tells you a little about the program, on video, you are participating in the very examples he talks about. He tells you about what you are doing as you do it - and you do it, well if you choose. If you are at all interested in enhancing your marketing to better build your business Mark has a lot to offer.

I have followed Mark’s activities for some time now and everything he says about business and marketing has also been validated by others through their own successes with utilizing Mark’s suggestions. He also has a very good track record with his Simpleology program, which helps with focus, organization and specific action geared to assist a person to get more of the right things done to fulfill goals and targets. If the new ‘Integrated Marketing’ program is run in a similar way, it should be highly successful for those who actively participate.

One person who has been very successful utilizing what Mark teaches is Tellman Knudsen, who did so in a relatively short period of time after some insight from Mark. I spoke to Tellman a couple of years ago and I knew then that he was in contact with Mark, getting the kind of information Mark is releasing in his new program now. Here’s Tellman, with his new look, talking about how Mark’s ideas have helped him -

Integrated Marketing, Tellman

What Mark offers is not ‘read only’ information, it is designed for action - because that’s what he wants, for people to use his information and see good results. It’s an action plan, resources and a community to help get things done. Get the full explanation from the horses mouth

Is it realistic earning $10,000 per week with a home business?

The answer is a resounding yes. Over the years, many have sought for a complete turnkey system that brings in a steady stream of residual income. Until now, it has been quite impossible.

From the stable of Alan Turnquist, the CEO of Mentors on a Mission. Anyone can now earn $200,000 with a home business. This represents the new 21st century business model. The day of having to work hours a day, make hundreds of prospecting phone calls, suffer rejection, buy leads, and negative cash flow are gone forever. Choosing a perfect home busines can be a daunting experience at timesconsidering the fact that a home business is not regarded a home business until it can help alleviate debt, bankruptcy etc….and give what every individual considers a debt-free lifestyle which means being financially independent or what some people call finamncial freedom. In other words, a perfect home business will foster two important things: 1. Financial freedom 2. Time freedom.

Time freedom is equally as important as financial freedom. Having to choose your own working hours and manage your time and portfolio. It goes beyond just having the time to get to work at anytime, but also allows time for family, friends, vacations and other business ventures. You need your own business, right? But not just any business, It has to deliver residual income, products people want and use everyday and it needs to be backed by a proven long standing company.

Does this describe you and your daily life? You’re a mom or dad with young children and you get up early every morning to get yourself ready for another grinding day at the office. You drive the kids to the daya-care centre and your heart skips a beat when you drive away. You come home from work, exhausted. Pick the kids up, get the dinner ready, put them to bed and then……..repeat the process 5 days a week just to keep the debt collectors away and the taxman happy. I bet you feel like giving up at times, right? This kind of daily drudge really takes its toll. It’s time to regain control of your life and start experiencing the kind of financial freedom you need, so you can do the things you really want to do like…..1. spending more time with with your kids while they are young 2. Having the money to do what you want to do when you want to do it.

Now, the next question is, can i really earn a passive income from home? Can i honestly earn $10,000 or more per week, all from home? And how possibly can i build a passive income of thousands weekly? It’s simple to do once you follow directions. I personally know of a woman in Washington DC, USA, who makes $16,000 per week and many others who make more. There has been a long standing problem with the home business industry until now which calls for the reason why most people fail to make money in any home business. It is called the DUPLICATION system. However, this 21st century business model employs the system of DELEGATION which allows everyone to make money in any home business. It builds your existing business if you have one. And if you don’t have a home business yet, it gets you started on proven opportunities as well. If you have been in the home business arena for any time then I am sure you have been told the secret to success is duplication. Ok, now we all know that the failure rate in the home based business arena is around 95%. Think about that for a minute! If these companies are teaching duplication and the failure rate is 95% then what are they duplicating? FAILURE is what they are duplicating, plain and simple.

I challenge anyone to tell me of any fortune 500 company that uses the business model of duplication. Do you think the CEO of WAL-MART knows anything about sales? Probably not, however he has a sales department that he delegates that to.

Blogs, Blogger’s and Blogging Does What?

I have heard people asking about blogs over the past few years or so. And I thought it would be fun to find some answers about blogs and blogger’s. With the blogging world growing by millions or billions every month or two, it might be interesting to find out about blogs, bloggers and the blogging idea.

So how did the blogging sites start?

What I have discovered is interesting. You can run a search with the phrase “history of blogging” and find many articles on how it started. I did not really find any exact answer but it was still fun and interesting reading the articles. So really it all comes down to that a blog actually started as a log of web sites of publishers on specific topics. They would keep track of other sites posting content and than post these web sites for the new people cominf to the Internet a place to find all the different sites on the many topics. Well.. ok maybe…

I actually think it all started out with the simple bulletin board on the interent many years ago. People sharing their interest and helping each other in many areas of life & business. Someone would post on a bullentin board and others would post replies. Maketers would post ads or write content that linked to their sales page. It was a crude way of communicating on the Internet but it did serve its purpose in the early years of discovering the Interent.

In my own conclusion; a blog is actually a weblog of a person’s daily activity — more or less a public diary on the web/internet. It may be about them self, someone else or even about an event going on in their neiborhood, town or in the world. Ok now, the weblog actuly evolved by dropping the “we” part of weblog which has become known as a blog. Other features of a blog, they have lots of links to other sites, formatted like a journal, has a personal touch, is updated weekly, daily and sometimes more. It actually depends on the person behind the blog and what they are trying to do with the blog site.

So what is all the hype about blogs on the Internet today?

In reality a blog is a web site were people have the ability to post articles on many topics and have products related to the topics to make a few bucks for a sumplement income. It is actually fun to blog, because there is no limit to what topic you can write about on a blog.

Many bloggers will link to each other in similar topics to help create more activity on their sites. By linking together they find new readers through the technology of the Internet search engines. With this in mind it becomes a place in the Internet world to have a piece of virtual real estate. Why not have a part of the web by starting a blog and post content that excites your interest. So if you like to write, gossip or want to belong to a community on the Internet than a blog might be something you could enjoy for many years to come.

Now you can create content that is conterversal, sincer, gossip or even write reviews about new products on the market. All of these ways can lead to some kind of affiliate type of product. Reviewing a product is a great way to make money on a blog, because a review of a product you like can lead you to an affilaite link to sell the product for the company who makes the product right on your blog. This leads me to the next part of the blogging world.

Are blogger’s, blogging to express them self or to make money?

As mentioned in my previuos paragraph, yes you can make money with your blog. Many bloggers use a blog in conjunction with a main web site to sell products. The reason for this is because a blog has many social options built in to the blog it self. You can link to - what is known as - social bookmarking sites. This is another topic I will cover at a later date so look for it in the future at this blog site. I most likely will be blogging about it soon!

By blogging on a topic in a specific area, this is what marketers will call a “niche” site. When you have a blog in a niche it usaully means you will be able to find advertisement or products to sell on the blog site. Thus the reasoning behind having a blog in conjuction with a main web site. A blog also can hold it’s own as a web site too. The cool thing is you can write about products with links built right in to the text it self too.

I do beleive some people just like to get their opinions out on the Internet and a blog is a great way to do this. I do see people start out this way a lot and all of a sudden they find out they could sell adveertising space to others who want to sell products. To do this though, you must have good content that draws readers to your blog so the ad space can be sold at a reasonable cost to advertisers. Which there is this thing called “PR” (page rank) you must have at a blog site before most advertiser will consider buying ad spce on a blog. “BUT” you can join companies who find advertiser that are looking for a places to advertise. Here again the blog site must have good relative content before they will axcept you for consideration. More about advertising companies in later post at this blog site.

With this in mind I would like to mention you can blog with out actually owning a blog. There is a site that offers you to submit articles in a topic and gives you the ad space to sell or place your own advertisment. YES! You will have control over the ad space. It is a membership site, so there is a small monthly cost but it can be a place to give it a try to see if it can help you creating an income with out a lot of work setting up a blog site. It is actually an article directory with a special offer for article authors but it is posting the articles in a blog network. More about this in future post.

I would like to go more in to detail on all of this but for now I just wanted to “Blog” a little to show that it can be fun and easy to create blog content. Just do a little research or write about a topic you have a lot of knowledge about.

In future post I will cover more about how and were to get a blog. Help you decide if you want to own your blog site, use some of the free blogging sites or a blogging membership site. Their are advantages to each of them and I will cover these topics in more detail as I go along.

Marketing a company’s product through their affiliate program is a great example of a minimum cost home based business opportunity. One of the most important ways for a company or business to grow is through marketing and advertising. We bring you a proven turnkey marketing business that allows you to increase your profits without sacrificing time or freedom. We have a unique marketing system that allows us to do all the telling and selling for you. Email marketing can be an effective strategy also. Keep in mind, you still have to talk to people!

Affiliate programs are generally run by e-commerce sites looking for ways to increase their sales. Affiliates are paid a percentage of each sale they generate. As an affiliate, you essentially become part of the company’s sale force, but you work on commission. As an affiliate, the first thing you will need is a web site where you can display the promotional information for the company you work for. More often than none, the company will supply you with at least one site or more. That is why, if you are in an affiliate program, you need to work on increasing your traffic. If you want to generate multiple streams of income through various affiliate programs while not having to worry about creating and marketing a product of your own just yet, the site will do for you financially what it has done for countless others in your situation.

A home based business opportunity has provided the ‘dream lifestyle’ for many people. How do you know that you have chosen the right home based business opportunity? It’s vitally important when considering a home based business opportunity that there is a good support structure behind it. It’s a good idea to write a business plan once you have decided on a home based business opportunity that you want to pursue. I’ve modeled my own online business success and marketing after proven successful internet marketers, business marketing consultants and self made Internet Business Millionaires.

Chuck Arnone can and will guide you if you are new to the internet business, his ability and experience is of great value. Pro Image is a good example of a home based business.

Am I an Entrepreneur?

Businesses fail, and often. If you think you want to run your own business, but are not sure you can be a successful Entrepreneur, I am glad you are thinking about it… keep reading. How does an Entrepreneur think, act, and respond? Is your personality a fit for being a successful Entrepreneur? Do you have what it takes?

Until recently, Entrepreneurs were not well thought of. As recent as the 80’s we looked on them as un-educated business men involved in shady dealings. There was a general lack of knowledge and information about what makes them successful.

Big business was the place to be, now that’s all changed. Our generation and the ones after us expect so much more from our career / work than our parents did. We want money, satisfaction, self expression and flexible hours such as a 4 day work week and tele-commuting. We have more small businesses than ever before in our U.S. history. In addition, smaller businesses are now attracting great employees and competing with the corporate world by offering those employees exactly what they want.

Today we have books, courses and business coaches in abundance. Some universities now offer courses and degrees in entrepreneurship. Business professionals have vast resources and as a whole we have learned a lot about what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur. I realize there is probably no such thing as the perfect entrepreneurial profile, I have noticed that there are many characteristics that seem to show up repeatedly in my work as a business coach. So from my work with hundreds of entrepreneurs as a coach and trainer, this is my summary.

Successful Entrepreneurs are, have or do

Available- In small businesses, where there is no depth of management, the owner must be present to win. They can’t afford a support staff to cover all business roles, and therefore need to either work long hours; have very talented people or both.

Self-Motivated-Entrepreneurs do not function well in structured organizations and do not like someone having authority over them. Rules, bureaucracy and politics frustrate them. This is often what leads them to start their own business. They enjoy creating business strategies and thrive on the process of achieving their goals. Once they obtain a goal, they quickly move to a greater goal. They constantly look to the future vision of the business. They have a compelling drive to do their own thing in their own way. They value freedom over money.

Well- Being- Successful Entrepreneurs are physically sound and in good health. They can work for extended periods of time as needed. They understand the relationship between a healthy body and a sharp mind.

Practical-Pragmatic- Entrepreneurs can accept what is and what is not and deal with issues accordingly. They may or may not be idealistic, but they are rarely unrealistic. They want to know the facts and condition of a given situation at all times. They may be too trusting (because they are often idealist) and may not be sufficiently skeptical in their business dealings with other people.

Embrace Ambiguity - Entrepreneurs identify problems and begin working on their solution faster than other people. Uncertainty does not bother them because their Healthy Ego feels challenged and likes to solve problems. They are the natural “go to” person in the group or business.

Intelligence - Successful Entrepreneurs think fast on their feet. They can comprehend complex problems and circumstances that may require planning, strategy, or working on multiple business ideas at once. They have vision and are aware of important factors to consider. They are open minded and will consider different perspectives. They seem flexible and are not afraid to change direction when failing.

Healthy Ego- Entrepreneurs are confident when they feel in control of what they’re doing and often like to work alone. They tackle problems head on and quickly with confidence. They are persistent in problem solving and are not afraid of smart risks. They do well with adversity, because they thrive on their own level of confidence. Someone saying or thinking they can’t pull it off doesn’t bother them at all.

Urgency- Entrepreneurs have a sense of urgency. They have drive and high energy levels, they are achievement-oriented, and they are tireless in the pursuit of their goals. Idleness makes them impatient, on edge, and anxious. They thrive on activity and are not likely to be found at the nail salon or golf course. When they are in the entrepreneurial mode, they are more likely to be found getting things done instead of all the other “to-do’s”.

Emotional Stability- Successful Entrepreneurs can handle stress and are even having fun! They are challenged rather than discouraged by setbacks or failures. Entrepreneurs are surprisingly uncomfortable when things are going well. This is when they will probably find a new project on which to focus their creative energy.

Ability to let go-Entrepreneurs are not always the best “people” people. They are often impatient and drive themselves and everyone around them. They also resist delegating key decisions or responsibilities. My favorite coaching question for the Entrepreneur is “who can help you with this?” It shakes them up every time. It is not uncommon for the Entrepreneur to do the books, drive business development and buy the office supplies.

As the business grows and becomes an organization, Entrepreneurs go through a classic crisis (this is usually when they call us). They have become the bottle neck; their want for control has made it hard for them to hand over authority in the way that a growing business demands. Their strong direct approach makes them more likely to seek information directly from the source, bypassing the structured chains of authority and responsibility. Their interpersonal skills, which were adequate during the start-up phase, will cause them problems as they try to adjust and free themselves from the day to day operations. Cash flow, retention and low morale are symptoms of this issue.

Do you recognize yourself? Did you locate your likely strengths as an Entrepreneur? Did you identify potential barriers to your success? Awareness matters here. Focus on your strengths, be aware of your weaknesses and go for it!
